The holiday decorating contest will be held again this year. No need to enroll. If you decorate you are automatically a contestant. The three winners will be given a gift in the form of a $100.00 gift basket. The judging will be done Friday, December 13th through Sunday, December 15th. The ballpark located at 41067 Promenade Chardonnay Hills near Recreational Center #2 is temporarily closed for maintenance. As of November 25, 2019, the City of Temecula has begun the streetlight LED retrofit. The project will start at the northern portion of the City, near Winchester Road, and will continue south towards Temecula Parkway. For more information, please view the attachment below.

Recently, it has come to Management’s attention the cluster boxes located in between Weibel Cir and Promenade Bordeaux was vandalized. Twelve homeowner boxes were affected.
Replacement of the mailbox was completed this morning, Thursday November 21st. USPS has been notified of the replacement. Normal mail delivery will resume on Monday, November 25, 2019. The affected homeowners may pick up the new mailbox key at the Temecula Avalon Office during regular business hours located at:

As of November, 2019, both the playgrounds located on Promenade Bordeaux and Promenade Chardonnay Hills received a face-lift. AMS Paving has been working hard this morning to add the new concrete extension to Culbertson Trail! Culbertson Trail will be re-opened Thursday, May 9, 2019. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the office at (951) 699-2918.
We are happy to announce, the Chardonnay Hills Board of Directors have approved to add concrete at the top of Culbertson Trail, closest to the Promenade Bordeaux entrance, to reduce the amount of soil erosion caused by rain. Work will begin on May 6, 2019. The trail and walkway between Culbertson Lane and Promenade Bordeaux will be closed for approximately 3-days.
In addition to this exciting new project, the horse trail along Meadows Parkway will be graded on the same day. The horse trail will be closed for 24-hours.

The Chardonnay Hills Annual Community Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 6 from 8 am to 12 pm. Advertisements for the sale will be placed in the Press Enterprise and on craigslist.com. Also, signs will be placed at the five main entries to the community today. This is a Chardonnay Hills HOA event and not sponsored by any third party.
