Reversal of Late Fees

Per the Assessment Collection Policy a late charge of $10 is charged for any assessment which is not paid in full within 15 days of the due date. The Association is charged $10 to process the late charge and the Association is reimbursed when the $10 is paid by the homeowner. So, if the Association were to reverse the late charge, the Association would be out $10. As a result, the Association cannot waive the late fees. Keep in mind the payment is actually due on the first but the late fee is not charged until after the 15th.

New Mailboxes!

10/23/2014

Orange County Mailboxes has begun installation of the more secure Cluster Box Units (CBUs). The mailbox keys are in the process of being mailed. If you have not already received your keys, you should within the next week or two. Delivery to the new CBUs should begin sometime in November. Thank you for your patience during this process.
