The Annual Meeting of the Members to elect three persons to serve on the Board of Directors is scheduled for March 7, 2019.  If you are a member in good standing (no pending fines and current in your monthly assessment) and you are concerned about your community, would like to take an active role, and can donate two hours of your time a month to serve as a Board Member, this is your opportunity to run for the Board! You may download an application from Chardonnay’s website: www.chardonnayhoa.com (click on Homeowner Forms then Volunteer Application).  You may also request a copy by calling (951) 699-2918.  Applications must be received by January 21, 2019.
 

The holiday decorating contest will be held again this year.  No need to enroll.  If you decorate you are automatically a contestant. The three winners will be given a gift in the form of a $100.00 gift basket.  The judging will be done Friday, December 14th through Sunday, December 16th.  Please ensure your home is lit each of these three nights.
