Please review the proposed changes to the Voting and Election Rules and Procedures to meet the requirements of SB 323, recently enacted January 1, 2020. Members who wish to comment on the policy change may submit feedback to the Association Manager at karen@avalonweb.com or by attending the scheduled Board Meeting in person. The holiday decorating contest will be held again this year. No need to enroll. If you decorate you are automatically a contestant. The three winners will be given a gift in the form of a $100.00 gift basket. The judging will be done Friday, December 13th through Sunday, December 15th. The ballpark located at 41067 Promenade Chardonnay Hills near Recreational Center #2 is temporarily closed for maintenance. The area will be over-seeded to help fill in bare spots, improve the density of turf, and to enhance lawn color. Should you have any questions, please contact Management at (951) 699-2918. The project will start at the northern portion of the City, near Winchester Road, and will continue south towards Temecula Parkway. For more information, please view the attachment below. Recently, it has come to Management’s attention the cluster boxes located in between Weibel Cir and Promenade Bordeaux was vandalized. Twelve homeowner boxes were affected. Replacement of the mailbox was completed this morning, Thursday November 21st. USPS has been notified of the replacement. Normal mail delivery will resume on Monday, November 25, 2019. The affected homeowners may pick up the new mailbox key at the Temecula Avalon Office during regular business hours located at: 43529 Ridge Park Drive Temecula, CA 92590 Only authorized homeowners may pickup the new key. The City of Temecula will be holding the 4th of July Fireworks Show at Ronald Reagan Sports Park located at 30875 Rancho Vista Rd. on Thursday, July 4, 2019. Festivities start at 2 pm. We are happy to announce, the Chardonnay Hills Board of Directors have approved to add concrete at the top of Culbertson Trail, closest to the Promenade Bordeaux entrance, to reduce the amount of soil erosion caused by rain. Work will begin on May 6, 2019. The trail and walkway between Culbertson Lane and Promenade Bordeaux will be closed for approximately 3-days.
