We are happy to report the new mailbox has been installed as of January 10, 2019. USPS has been notified of the replacement. Normal mail delivery has resumed as of January 11, 2019. The affected homeowners may pick up the new mailbox key at the Temecula Avalon Office during regular business hours located at:

Recently, it has come to Management’s attention that the cluster boxes located on the corner of Burgess Ct and Culbertson Ln have been vandalized. A report was made to the USPS Fraud Department on Friday, December 28. Sixteen homeowner boxes have been affected. The post office will hold the affected homeowners' mail at:

Replacement of the mailbox is scheduled between January 7 - January 9. Once the cluster box has been replaced, USPS is required to change the postal lock to a secure lock. After the repairs are completed, the affected homeowners will be notified by mail to pick-up a new key at the Temecula Avalon Office. The pool area of Recreation Center #2 will be refurbished starting January 2, 2019 and will take approximately 21 - 30 days. The project will include resurfacing the pool deck with a cool-deck stain. The pool and spa will be closed during this time but the park will still be available. Thank you for your patience during this process.
