In this season of giving, festivities and celebration, on behalf of the Board of Directors, we want to take a moment to recognize those that serve in our community. • Fellow Board Members • Friends and Neighbors • Community Volunteers • Community Manager Team • Elected City Officials and Staff • Local Firefighters and Law Enforcement • Community Partners & Vendors • Teachers & Support Staff And of course, all members of the military, both active and veterans! It is because of their dedication, time and contribution that our community is a great and pleasant place to live. Happy Holidays. The spa located at recreational center #2 (off Promenade Chardonnay Hills) has been temporarily shut-off for repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience during the holiday weekend and thank all of our brave men and women who have served or currently serve in our country's armed forces!
The pool area of Recreation Center #1 will be refurbished starting November 16, 2018 and will take approximately 21 days. The project will include resurfacing the pool deck with a cool-deck stain. Each year, the City of Temecula Mayor presents a formal State of the City Address hosted by the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce. This year, Mayor Matt Rahn presented the Temecula State of the City on May 31, 2018 at 8 a.m. at Pechanga Resort & Casino. Throughout the year, the City also provides a condensed version of the State of the City to conveniently reach out to residents and businesses who are interested in hearing a City update yet may not have been able to attend the formal State of the City. For 2018, the Mayor is hosting three of these “Mini” State of the City presentations at Fire Stations located within the north, south and middle areas of Temecula to make it as convenient as possible for citizens to attend one closest to their neighborhood.
Residents can RSVP to Betsy.Lowrey@TemeculaCA.gov to be helpful in order to plan seating and refreshments; however, RSVPs are not required. All are welcome.
