The Chardonnay Hills Annual Community Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 6 from 8 am to 12 pm. Advertisements for the sale will be placed in the Press Enterprise and on craigslist.com. Also, signs will be placed at the five main entries to the community today. This is a Chardonnay Hills HOA event and not sponsored by any third party.

Recreational Center #1 32195 Chemin Clinet Pool heaters will be turned off from November 1 to March 31 Recreational Center #2 41067 Promenade Chardonnay Hills Pool heaters will be turned off from December 1 to February 28 Recreational Center #2 has been heated as of March 1. We are happy to report the new mailbox has been installed as of January 10, 2019. USPS has been notified of the replacement. Normal mail delivery has resumed as of January 11, 2019. The affected homeowners may pick up the new mailbox key at the Temecula Avalon Office during regular business hours located at: 43529 Ridge Park Drive Temecula, CA 92590 Only authorized homeowners may pickup the new key. Recently, it has come to Management’s attention that the cluster boxes located on the corner of Burgess Ct and Culbertson Ln have been vandalized. A report was made to the USPS Fraud Department on Friday, December 28. Sixteen homeowner boxes have been affected. The post office will hold the affected homeowners' mail at:
30777 Rancho California Rd. Temecula, CA 92591 Replacement of the mailbox is scheduled between January 7 - January 9. Once the cluster box has been replaced, USPS is required to change the postal lock to a secure lock. After the repairs are completed, the affected homeowners will be notified by mail to pick-up a new key at the Temecula Avalon Office. The pool area of Recreation Center #2 will be refurbished starting January 2, 2019 and will take approximately 21 - 30 days. The project will include resurfacing the pool deck with a cool-deck stain. The pool and spa will be closed during this time but the park will still be available. Thank you for your patience during this process. The Annual Meeting of the Members to elect three persons to serve on the Board of Directors is scheduled for March 7, 2019. If you are a member in good standing (no pending fines and current in your monthly assessment) and you are concerned about your community, would like to take an active role, and can donate two hours of your time a month to serve as a Board Member, this is your opportunity to run for the Board! The holiday decorating contest will be held again this year. No need to enroll. If you decorate you are automatically a contestant. The three winners will be given a gift in the form of a $100.00 gift basket. The judging will be done Friday, December 14th through Sunday, December 16th.
