New Sign: The Board approved the installation of a Chardonnay Hills sign at the corner of La Serena Way and Meadows Parkway.
Meadows Parkway: The Board approved the installation of 39 trees along the sidewalk on Meadows Parkway between Rancho California Road and Parducci Lane. The variety of trees installed were Crape Myrtle, Ornamental Pear, Purple Leaf Plum and Chinese Pistache.
Holiday Decorations: The Board contracted with Southern California Lighting to decorate the main entrance for the holidays.
