**** Locally, Rancho California Water District (RCWD/District) has had three increasingly dry years, affecting our groundwater basin. RCWD’s imported water supply comes from Northern California and the Colorado River and is also greatly impacted by the drought. RCWD recently updated its Water Shortage Contingency Plan and has mandatory restrictions in place. ****
