The refurbishment of the pool area of Recreation Center #1 is complete! The project included re-plastering and adding new tile to the pool, spa and wading pool and the bathrooms and showers were completely remodeled with new tile, counter tops and fixtures. Also, the heat will be turned on for the pools at Recreation Center #1 and #2 beginning on March 15th.
The community garage sale is on Saturday, April 7th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Advertisements for the sale have been placed in the Press Enterprise and on craigslist.com. Also, signs will be placed at the five main entries to the community the day of the sale. This is a Chardonnay Hills HOA event and not sponsored by any third party.
