Avalon Management offers automatic withdrawal from your checking account (ACH) for you to make your monthly homeowner association assessment payments. Once set up on ACH, you will no longer need to worry about sending in your payments monthly or receiving late fees. Also, the Association will no longer need to you send the annual coupon booklets, which will save the Association money.
Please note ACH is different from on-line bill paying, where you set it up with your bank to send in the monthly payment. The benefits of ACH over on-line bill paying include; you don't have to worry about late fees (on-line bill paying relies on the bank to send in the payment on time), you do not need to change the billing address or monthly amount if they were to change.
