Chardonnay Hills Homeowners Association is a premiere collection of 580 homes located in the rolling hills of the wine country in Temecula, California.

The common amenities include: an olympic sized swimming pool, spa, tennis courts and two parks with playground equipment. In addition to a seven person Board of Directors, the community is governed by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a local professional management company.
